Shipping Info

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. If your country is not on the list, the checkout will not accept your address — we would rather say no than take your money for a parcel we cannot deliver.

A flat $4.99 per order, regardless of how many items you buy or where in the USA or Canada you are. The cost is shown before you pay and never changes afterwards.

Your order leaves our fulfilment partner within 24–48 hours. From there, typical delivery is 10–40 business days depending on the carrier assigned and how quickly customs clears the parcel. We want to be straight with you about this: these are not next-day parcels. The covers ship from our overseas manufacturing partner, which is exactly why they cost a fraction of a big brake kit. The carrier table below shows the real ranges, not the optimistic ones.

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier — usually the day after you order. Tracking can take a further 3–5 days to show its first scan, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Import duties, customs fees and state or provincial sales taxes are not collected at checkout and are not included in the price you pay us. On orders of this value they are rarely charged, but where they are, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your parcel has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, email info@aerocaliper.com with your order number and we will refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice, no argument. If it arrives and it is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. See the Returns & Refunds page.
