AERO-CALIPER™ sells 3D ABS Brake Caliper Covers — decorative automotive accessories designed for aesthetic purposes only. These covers are not structural brake components and are not intended to replace, modify, or affect the function of your vehicle's braking system. The covers are unbranded aftermarket accessories. They are not manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sold under licence from any vehicle manufacturer or brake manufacturer. Any vehicle make or model named on this site is referenced solely to describe fitment. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand the decorative nature of the product and accept sole responsibility for proper installation. Fitting an accessory to your vehicle may affect its warranty or its compliance with local vehicle inspection rules — check before you install.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout includes the product and the stated shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or state and local sales taxes, which are not collected at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the full order amount through Stripe. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or placed in error, or where an item is mispriced or unavailable, with a full refund issued.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase and are fulfilled by an overseas partner. Typical delivery is 10–40 business days from dispatch, depending on the carrier and customs clearance. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, contact us for a full refund or a reshipment. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the parcel to your address.

You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery. Full conditions, exclusions and the refund process are set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Products are sold "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law. We warrant that items match their description on the product page. We make no other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any non-excludable rights under the laws of your state, province or country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including any vehicle damage resulting from improper installation. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

All content on this website — including the AERO-CALIPER™ name, logo, design, product photography, and copy — is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited. Third-party trademarks referenced anywhere on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country, state or province of residence, and without depriving you of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law grants it. We ask that you contact us at info@aerocaliper.com first — almost every issue is resolved by email within two business days.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
